1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
✘ Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., custom prints, engraved jewelry)
- Gift cards or store credit
- Perishable goods (e.g., plants), unless damaged or defective upon arrival
- Final sale or clearance items

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and offer:
- Replacement
- Exchange
- or Full refund
(Depending on the situation)
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
Please note:
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item was damaged
- The wrong item was sent
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them
- After this window, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled

6. Non-Delivery & Refused Packages
- If a package is refused or marked undeliverable due to incorrect address or customer absence, we may deduct return shipping and handling fees from your refund
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or external factors beyond our control
